Studio with capacity for 3 people, with communal swimming pool and garden and Wi-Fi service.
Ideal to spend a well-deserved vacation near the Fanals beach in Lloret de Mar.
Open space where you find the living room: with a sofa bed and an extra bed and an extra leg like a folding armchair , a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a bathtub.
A good choice to spend a few days in the town of Lloret de Mar to visit its charm and magnificent beach.
Studio close to all shops and a wide variety of restaurants.
People on the property:
· The whole house is rented for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.
Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed up to 8 kilos: it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet. For booking with more than 7 days the maximum price will be 42€/pet/reservation.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
