Villa Bermudas
Villa Bermudas is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home, offering a privileged location in Quinta da Balaia. With a relaxing atmosphere, and just a 5-minute drive away from some of the best beaches in the region, Villa Bermudas will be an excellent choice for your vacation.
The property has 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (1 en-suite) and 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, in addition to 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and all the utensils needed to cook at home. It also has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
This property displays of two spacious, comfortable living rooms, both have comfortable sofas and a TV as well as two dining areas, with plenty of space to sit and relax, TV with national and international channels, and with direct access to the pool and BBQ area. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, gathering family and friends, and relaxing in the sun in the amazing private pool (pool heating available as an optional extra).
In the outdoor area, you will find a traditional barbecue, perfect for preparing grills and delicious meals.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the house.
The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, within easy reach of the center of Albufeira, Strip, Praia da Oura, Santa Eulália and Olhos de Água, as well as a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and water sports, and just a short drive from several golf courses.
This property is charming, ideal for families or friends, the location is perfect, it is within a short distance of the center of downtown Albufeira, where there is a wide variety of stores, bars and restaurants and is only minutes away from our wonderful beaches. All this combined with its ideal location makes this villa an ideal year-round destination.
Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 8 people
The 9th to the 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
VAT included in the accommodation price.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
