The villa is in a prime location at the entrance of the port of Porto Colom. This traditional fishing port is the best holiday destination Mallorca east coast where you can practice sports as diverse as golf, diving, and other water sports.
The property consists of 6 rooms and a capacity for 8 people. fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms, as well as a large garden, terrace and pool that will make your holiday an unforgettable stay kitchen.
Its picturesque natural harbor, its seaside promenade, shops, bars and restaurants, are among others the holiday attractions of the place. Close to Porto Petro, Porto Cristo and Cala d'Or, it is the perfect place for a holiday at any time of year.
Air conditioning:
As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central heating with a radiator system in the bedrooms. You will also find fans at your disposal.
