This charming chalet is located in the calm outskirts of a residential area, only 350m away from the beach Cala S’amarador in the southeast of Mallorca. The chalet is surrounded by trees and flowers and overlooks the Mallorquin landscape with no direct neighbours.
In the immediate vicinity, you find the charming village of Santanyí, which is known for its stone covered houses, the biweekly market, and the wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. In addition, you can reach the most beautiful and idyllic beaches of the southeast coast within 5 - 15 minutes. Experience the calm environment and the feeling that time is standing still. This modern and very comfortable chalet is a great choice and an ideal place to find recovery from the daily routine and to fully relax during your holiday.
In the spring of 2013, the chalet was completely renovated and newly equipped with power lines, water pipes, tile floors, bathrooms, kitchen, garden and swimming pool, garden walls and gates. In 2015, the back part of the house will show off a brand new pergola with colourful flowers and a small outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and lounging area.
What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
