The Finca Sa Madoneta is located at the foot of Hamburger Hill, about 2 km outside of Santanyí in the direction of Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. In the charming town of Santanyí, which you can reach in a few minutes, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques for shopping, and twice a week, a colorful weekly market takes place in the village center with goods from the region. Here, you can purchase both fresh local fruits and vegetables or handmade souvenirs.
The island's most beautiful beaches, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, or Cala S’amarador, are about 9 km from the Finca. Here, you can lie on the white sandy beach in the sun, have a refreshment at one of the beach bars or in Spanish 'chiringuitos,' dive and snorkel. The entire southeast coast is known for its gentle tourism away from the masses and enchants with many turquoise swimming coves that line the entire coast up to the northeast. Discover the diversity of Mallorca in a very charming way and get to know the island from a new and very special side, which will surely delight you as well.

Property Description:
Surrounded by almond and carob trees, Finca Damian offers a unique ambiance amidst nature for relaxing days on the island. Due to the Finca's slight hillside location and southern orientation, you have a dream view over the entire landscape to the coast, and in the distance, you can even see the neighboring island of Cabrera.
Finca Sa Madoneta has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, offering space for five people in total. From the living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a cozy sofa corner, you step directly onto the magnificent sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Treat yourself to a refreshment in the turquoise-blue pool, making it easy to forget everyday life at home and unwind in peace. Under the covered terrace, you can sit comfortably and dine or wait until the grill master brings the food to the table. Here, you will surely spend unforgettable summer evenings with your loved ones.
Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of €15 per day. This fee is not calculated in advance but is collected directly on-site by the owner. We would like to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if needed.

What is in the house?
Bed linen, towels, and optional pool towels for an additional fee are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
