This charming house for 8 people, bright and spacious is located in one of the best areas of the island, in the elegant residential area of Can Furnet near Ibiza town and not far from the fabulous beaches of Las Salinas , Es Cavallet and Talamanca.
The house has 4 levels and is situated on a hill with large windows and beautiful views of the city of Ibiza. The decor is modern and comfortable.
The main level consists of a kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room with satellite TV and Wi - kitchen. From the living room leads to a spacious terrace .
The terrace has a spiral staircase leading to the upper level .
Upstairs: master bedroom with double bed , bathroom with shower and terrace with views.
Ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds , one with en suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathroom down the hall . There is access to the pool area from this level.
Lower level: there is a separate bungalow with double bed with bathroom with shower.
The spacious roofed barbecue and refrigerator , next to the pool has a dining table with chairs and hammocks to relax and enjoy the tranquility .
Island House is equipped with air conditioning ( room only ) and no heating and satellite TV + DVD in the living room and three bedrooms.
This home should be considered for families and youth groups who want to pamper themselves and enjoy the island .
