Villa ideal for those who want to enjoy a vacation without noise and crowds and only 15 km from Calpe and its beaches. Inside the villa the living area is 250 m2 approx. and distributed over 2 floors.

Exterior: Splendid landscaped garden with palm trees and various plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere with several terraces, some covered, ideal for meals, while enjoying panoramic mountain views. Large pool with dimensions of 10x5m ideal for those who love swimming, with Roman stairs and metal stairs. Ample terrace with 6 sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing. Outdoor shower. Parking for 3-4 cars.
Distances: 0,7 km to the center of Jalon, grocery stores and restaurants. 15 km to the sandy beaches and town of Calpe
