Welcome to our accommodation! We present Casa Nishta, my jewel of Malouin, located just 20 metres from the great beach of Sillon (voted the most beautiful beach in France).
Perfect for one or two couples, a holiday with friends, or perhaps a single person looking for space.... And your four-legged companions are welcome!
THE APARTMENT :
Casa Nishta has been carefully refurbished and we have just finished the works in 2022. We have preserved the charm of the old: two marble fireplaces, solid oak parquet, porcelain doorknobs, high ceilings (soundproofing throughout the flat), and the jewel: an authentic concrete floor that we discovered during the renovations!Two spacious bedrooms (one with a 160 x 200 bed and the second with 1 bed of 180 x 200 or 2 beds of 90 x 200), a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with Italian shower are at your disposal.
The flat is on the ground floor, which is very practical for the elderly, if you are travelling with your pet, or simply if you prefer comfort and independence. Casa Nishta is light and airy, with one side enjoying the morning sun and the other the afternoon sun. There is a pleasant communal courtyard (little used) where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif on the terrace.
THE SURROUNDINGS:
The flat is very well located and you can do everything on foot: 20 seconds from the great beach of Le Sillon, 10 minutes from Intramuros for shopping and swimming in history, and 15 minutes from the Thermes Marins for pampering treatments, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 3 minutes by bus. For shopping, it's a 5 minute walk to the famous Rocabey market. And if you come by car, no problem, parking is in front of the building!
You'll have the sea almost on your doorstep and all the charm of the Corsican city to recharge your batteries and make the most of your stay in Saint Malo. And take the opportunity to read a good book?
Lately, you can see (in profile) the National Fort and the sea from the living room and one of the two bedrooms. I like to open the bedroom window and sit in it to enjoy the sunset.
If you are tempted, I invite you to discover quot;myquot; Saint-Malo in class, the flat is rented for a very limited time, it is my cocoon and I will be back soon in Saint-Malo!
