On the ground floor there is a fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our modern and fully equipped kitchen. From morning coffees to evening feasts, you'll find everything you need for a delightful culinary experience. You may also unwind in the cozy living room, thoughtfully furnished for relaxation and entertainment. It's the perfect space to gather with your loved ones after a day of exploration and share meals and create lasting memories in the welcoming dining area. The table is set for delightful moments and hearty conversations.
There are 2 Bedrooms on this floor, one twin bedroom where comfort and style converge, providing a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep and a single bedroom offering a personal sanctuary for a restful stay.
There is one bathroom with a refreshing shower that enhances your comfort on this floor.
Ascending to the upper floor, where luxury meets the breathtaking views of the sea. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms (both with balcony). The en-suite bedrooms offer private retreats by stepping onto the balcony and let the stunning sea views captivate your senses.
Step into a haven of leisure and entertainment in our thoughtfully designed outdoor space and take a dip in the inviting private heatable pool (optional extra). Whether it's a refreshing morning swim or a moonlit dip, the pool awaits.
You will be able to elevate your dining experience with our barbecue facilities. Grill your favorite dishes and savor al fresco meals under the sun or stars. While waiting for your meal or between refreshing dives, enjoy friendly competitions and laughter around our game tables. From board games to cards, the outdoor area is a playground for both relaxation and entertainment.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 7 people.
The 8th to 9th guests pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
