Welcome to this fantastic country house for 8 guests, with private pool, on the outskirts of Petra.
A rustic and absolutely Majorcan environment surrounded the exteriors of this beautiful country house. In front of a cosy stone construction, of two heights, there is a wonderful salt private pool, 8 x 5 m and 1.4 to 2 m depth, where to get refreshed after having a tasty breakfast and some time at the sun on the 8 sun loungers over an artificial lawn area. At midday or at night, a porch with barbecue invites you to organise pleasant evenings. The plot, with a lush terrain and its lovely donkey Murta, is fenced and it has total privacy.
Inside, there is a rustic living-dining room with TV-SAT, DVD and chimney, the kitchen has ceramic cooktop as well as an exit to the outside, a double bed dormitory in addition to a shower bathroom on the main floor. Going upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, of which one features a double bed while the rest boast two single beds. Likewise, there you can find the second shower bathroom of the accommodation. All the dormitories have wardrobe apart from air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The laundry room is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This villa is located 2 km from the center of Petra, a very quiet and authentic village with all essential services within reach: bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The train station is close to the house (1.5 km), so sometimes that is the only thing you might listen. You can reach just in 20 minutes driving to astonishing beaches such as Son Serra de Marina, Ca’n Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
