Pleasant villa for 4 people with a private swimming pool and a lovely garden. The villa is situated in the urbanization Ortenbach, quiet area near the beaches, the centre of Calpe and all facilities. The living area is about 75 m2 and the enclosed plot with garden about 800 m2. Housing: The rental part of the villa is on the ground floor which is all on one level. Outdoor: lovely garden with a lot of plants, swimming pool of 8x4, roman stairs, external shower and masonry barbeque with a small refrigerator and a dishwasher. Kids swings. Open parking space for 2-3 cars. Distances: beach and Promenade Arenal-bol (3 km), tennis club (2 km), supermarket (0,5 km Ortenbach), Calpe centre (2,5 km).
